This versatile barbell set is perfect for training chest muscles, biceps, arms, triceps and back muscles. It includes two 10 kg plates, four 5 kg plates, four 2 kg plates, four 1.25 kg plates, a barbell, and two dumbbell bars, with a total weight of approx. 60 kg.

With this set, the user can choose how much weight to lift for different exercises. The plates are made of cement with a plastic casing and can be easily locked onto the bar with the included spring locks. The weight of each plate is clearly indicated for quick and easy identification.
